About Our Club
Founded in 1871, and situated in the heart of Rainhill Village, we are Clubmark accredited by the ECB and an ECB disability cricket champion club.
We have 5 senior weekend teams, midweek Last Man Stands team, and womens teams. A thriving junior section, including, U9s, two U11 teams, two U13 teams, an U15s and an U18s team.
New members are always welcome – whether you’re new to cricket, or a seasoned player, we have something to suit everyone.

Captained by Matt Lawler, and playing in the LDCC 2ndXI First Division.
New for 2024, we have an academy team. Managed by Paul Millar, captained by Darren Tyms, our academy team play in the Sunday development league, and is made up of juniors eligible to play open age cricket.
Our Sunday recs team is captained by Dave Brennan.
Last Man Stands (LMS) captain is Panchu Xavier.
A global phenomenon, LMS is an 8 a-side, 2 hour long T20 game, designed for amateur cricketer of all abilities.
Rainhill’s LMS team were the Warrington and District LMS champions in 2021 and 2022.
We have two U11 mixed teams for the 2024 season, the Amazons and the Muskateers.
